For a decade I worked in product management across edtech, marketplace, and nonprofit environments. My job was always the same: figure out what to build, build it right, and make sure it actually gets used.
When practical AI arrived, I realised something had fundamentally changed. What used to take a team and months could now be scoped and built by one person with the right approach. That gap between idea and working tool had never been smaller.
